Add `--confirmation`/`--no-confirmation` to read password from stdin.

Fixes #3910.

Rufe ich momentan cli/studip user:password test_autor auf, werde ich zweimal gefragt, welches neue Passwort ich setzen möchte.

Mit dieser neuen Option kann ich auf die zweite, bestätigende Frage verzichten und so automatisch das Passwort über stdin lesen.
