Ist dieser Änderung irgendwie sinnvoll?

Ja, denn für den Fall, dass tatsächlich mal jemand vor den 1.1.1970 zurückgeht und versucht, einen Eintrag im Belegungsplan oder dem (zukünftigen) Terminkalender anzulegen, wird dies schon in der GUI unterbunden.

Es wäre vermutlich sinnvoller, wenn du dem Datepicker global die Defaults mitgibst, anstatt an einer Stelle. Das Problem wird man woanders wohl auch haben.
